1. All information on service plans mentioned on this website is only to be used as a guideline for the set-up of your service plan. You will receive a personalised service plan and the price and items of the plan may differ from others depending on the agreement for the mobile medical clinic service plan. The service plan will also only be valid for a single mobile medical clinic for which the vehicle registration number and trailer/engine VIN number will be captured in the agreement.
2. Annual QC: Limited to one medical system and only one calibration per calendar year. These calibrations are only valid for medical X-ray systems and spirometry systems.
3. TeamViewer Assistance Sessions: Displayed in the amount of TeamViewer Assistance Sessions that will be performed free of charge. These sessions are limited to 3 hours each with only one allowed to be claimed in 24 hours. If you have a Gold or above plan, you can claim 1–3 sessions per 24 hours.
4. Spring Clean and Valet: Limited to once a year.
5. Basic Body Inspection: This will be a basic body inspection and service of specific items of the vehicle body to ensure the longevity of your mobile medical clinic’s vehicle. Contact us for more information.
6. Aircon Re-gas: Only valid for wall-mounted air conditioning units.
7. Bi-yearly SOP (Safety Of Premises): Limited to once every 2 calendar years and only valid for mobile X-ray or radiology units that can emit radiation.
8. All items of the service plan will only be redeemable during the service plan period.

Standard terms and conditions

This quotation is valid for 30 days. Import prices fluctuate with the US$.

This contract is binding. A deposit must be paid when the order is placed. The client acknowledges that all goods shall remain the property of IME until paid for in full. This order constitutes the entire agreement between IME and the purchaser.

No variation to this contract will be allowed until full payment has been received. Any variation will only be valid if agreed to in writing and signed by a member of IME.

A 15% cancellation fee will be charged after signing the purchase order. Terms of repayment are strictly C.O.D. or as otherwise agreed.

Interest charges will be applied at the prevailing bank rate, but not less than 7% per month on any overdue accounts.

Confidentaility Agreement

The information contained in this PO document and/or any related documents, quotations, reports, test results, or any relevant documentation pertaining to work done under this PO is strictly confidential, privileged, and intended only for the recipient. This information may not be used, published, or redistributed without prior written consent from the Client.

1. Application

   These terms and conditions shall apply to any contract for the sale of any goods and installation thereof by the company, whether the contract arises out of:

   1. Any offer made by the company and accepted by the purchaser; OR
   2. Any offer made by the purchaser and accepted by the company, including any such offer made in response to a quotation from the company.

   No alteration or variation of these terms shall apply unless expressly agreed to in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the company.

2. Price

   The price of the goods will be based on the company's official list price at the date the deposit is paid and may vary according to the US$ exchange rate.

3. Payments

   • In most cases, a 60% deposit is required to confirm the order.
   • The balance of any purchases is COD and must be settled on delivery, unless the client has a 30-day account. This account is only applicable to services rendered and excludes equipment, imported items, or software purchases.
   • Any outstanding amount not paid on the due date will bear interest at 1% above the prime overdraft rate, as certified by an FNB South Africa manager, from the due date until full settlement.

4. Delivery

   • Delivery shall occur at either IME’s premises or the purchaser’s designated delivery address, if agreed in writing.
   • Risk passes on handover or collection by a third-party carrier. IME is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once goods have left its premises.

5. Ownership

   Ownership remains with IME until the full contract price is paid. The purchaser shall not resell or encumber the goods prior to full payment.

6. Confidentiality

   IME treats this agreement and its related documents as confidential and shares them with authorities only when required by law.

7. Liability & Limitations

   • IME shall not be liable for any damages, loss of profit, or delays due to events beyond its control.
   • No warranty is given unless expressly agreed upon in writing..

8. Suspension of Obligations

   IME may suspend deliveries or services in cases of non-payment or breach of contract. All outstanding amounts become immediately payable.

9. Cancellation

   IME may cancel the contract in the event of breach, liquidation, or insolvency. Upon cancellation, ownership of unpaid goods remains with IME.

10. Jurisdiction

    This contract is governed by South African law. Disputes will be resolved in South African courts.

Marketing Consent & POPI Act Policy

We at Intelligent Medical Equipment (Pty)Ltd care deeply about privacy. We believe in being transparent as to how we process and use customers' data and our privacy practices. Any customer information gathered by IME will only be shared with IME personnel for the basic purposes of contacting clients back for data provided in contact forms and to process quotations for those specific clients. We will also never share any of our client's information provided with any other companies for any reason nor will we allow unsolicited marketing contact from our side in accordance with the newly implemented POPI act.
